Moreover, construction disputes can also include disputes arising from contracts for participation in shared construction, other contracts aimed at the creation, reconstruction, overhaul of a property, as well as disputes in cases related to the operation of real estate, the establishment of limited property rights to objects real estate, transfer of real estate objects.
